On Tuesday evening, 27 May 2025, Zangersheide once again drew international attention with its Online Auction, known for offering young horses with sport-oriented pedigrees. Buyers from across the globe participated, including professionals and established stables looking to invest in future talent.

The highest sale of the evening was the Levisto Z daughter Las Vegas Z, who changed hands for €32,000. The mare had reportedly already established a strong connection with her new German rider during try-outs.

Two of the most closely contested bidding duels of the night centred around Reliance Menezig Z and Mickey Blue Eyes OL.

Reliance Menezig Z, a grandson of Quasibelle du Seigneur Z, was eventually secured for €29,500 by a Swiss buyer, while Mickey Blue Eyes OL, noted for his scope and presence, was sold to Brazil for €27,500.

Mexican buyers, who had a strong presence in previous editions, returned once again with success. Two different buyers from Mexico acquired a total of three young horses: Palermo de Bo Z, Chovalie Z, and Almond Z.

European buyers remained active throughout the evening, with both returning clients and new names placing bids. Aram de Bo Z is set to join a top stable in Germany, while Chaccos Dame Z, a granddaughter of Grande Dame Z, formerly competed by Judy Ann Melchior, was purchased by a Belgian international rider for use in their breeding program.
